Balm 21.10.7 - Registry Refactor​

I just released the first ever major refactor of Balm, targetting all registry-related methods to redesign them in a cleaner, more stable way.

This version is backwards-compatible, and deprecated methods are scheduled to be removed in 1.21.11.

Balm is now licensed under Apache 2.0, with the official binaries continuing to be distributed as All Rights Reserved.

It was already visible-source before, which may have misled some into thinking it was open source all along, but now it's official.
